Besamim

Besamim group was established in 1995 in Prague as a dance group under patronage of Bejt Praha. Thanks to the support of this organisation we started to run regular israeli folk dance lessons which attracted many dancers during its history. Since 1999 we have been active within the Jewish Community of Prague in:

Regular dancing lessons.
Public performances on various occasions.
Machol Czechia - international seminar with an Israeli teacher.

Regular dancing

where: Basic school, nám. Jiřího z Poděbrad 1685/7, Prague 3 - Vinohrady
when: every Thursday from 7:00 pm till 10 pm (except holidays)

lesson structure

beginners 7:00pm - 7:45pm
fairly advanced 7:45pm - 8:30pm
break 8:30pm - 8:35pm
advanced, dance wishes 8:35pm - 10:00pm

Transport

Use metro (green line) or tram 11 to get to station Jiřího z Poděbrad, then just follow map.
